A good hotel, room was decent sized and had everything you need (the hairdryer was surprisingly good!) I had room service which was delicious and quick. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

The staff was extremely cordial and attentive during our whole stay, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We felt better welcome at San Juan than at many pricier and better known hotels in the region.

Room corresponds to description. Large and well equipped room, very clean, very good bed, good bathroom, delicious breakfast incl. very good coffee, strong wi-fi, good air-con in both rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice view. Good restaurant.
