The staff was extremely cordial and attentive during our whole stay, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We felt better welcome at San Juan than at many pricier and better known hotels in the region.

Room corresponds to description. Large and well equipped room, very clean, very good bed, good bathroom, delicious breakfast incl. very good coffee, strong wi-fi, good air-con in both rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice view. Good restaurant.

We stayed only 1 night and the room was very well maintained with a king size bed and a small bed for my mom. The receptionist and the people that attend the restaurant were amazing. The dinner we love the fried chicken.

Nice accomodations. Bed is a bit too soft, though. Breakfast is very fresh and yummy, and with a lot of options.
